Right on the wide beach of the Black Sea, in the town of Kobuleti and next to the park, which is under the auspices of UNESCO, we have been building a five-star apartment complex with all amenities. The Kobuleti area is surrounded by mountains and thanks to that, there is also a specific microclimate with healthy air. In addition, state-protected old pine groves release beneficial essential oils there.

The MAGNETIC Italian-style snack bar is located by the pool on the ground floor of Building D. Building F is endowed with a central reception and a large glass-enclosed restaurant with sea views. The BELLMAN Beach Bar offers pizza, fast food, and cold drinks during the day.

The large infinity pool with overflow to the beach will be ecologically heated at the beginnings and ends of each season. The freshwater pool is 25 meters long and is equipped with the latest water filtration technology. Its construction was provided by a specialized company from the Czech Republic.

On the roof of building E, visitors can enjoy the view from the rooftop Cocktail bar, which is the pride of the whole complex. There are also heavenly private whirlpools at a height of 33 meters.

Children and athletes will enjoy the courtyard garden. The playground is designed to be suitable for both younger and older children. The little ones will definitely enjoy the cheerful splash pool, there is also a separate workout playground for teenagers and adults, so they can work out and stretch their body in the fresh air.

A low-ticket price and three and a half hours on the plane will lead you to the east beyond the Black Sea, to a beautiful country full of new and fresh experiences. The busiest airport for our area is in Kutaisi, where you can get directly from Prague, Katowice, Budapest, or Vienna. You can get to our hotel in Kobuleti by a convenient hotel transfer in about an hour and a half. The distance and accessibility are therefore approximately the same as, for example, to Egypt or Cyprus, where Czechs fly commonly.
