Almost every little thing in the apartment has its story. These are not commercially purchased and designed turnkey apartments. The designer’s aim was to create a comfortable and pleasant environment that would respect the principles of Feng Shui as much as possible.

Firt-class materials and quality

The priority for the construction of Magnetic Beach Resort is the quality of both the materials used and the work procedures applied. We know that for investors in apartments not only a quick return on investment and an interesting payback are important, but long-term durability and low maintenance costs as well.

ALUMINIUM WINDOWS

All windows are made of aluminium profiles with six chambers and a perfectly interrupted thermal bridge. Double glazing is inserted in the frames. Owing to this, we managed to reduce the energy consumption of our buildings to a minimum. Window profiles are made in Greece.

TRANSLUCENT VENEER

This veneer is made of a block of Indian Autumn slate and is cut with giant discs into plates of a very small thickness (1.4 mm). Owing to this, it is possible to illuminate all the stones and show their crystalline beauty. The veneer was imported from Rajasthan, India.

CUSTOM-MADE CARPETS

Very fine and luxurious carpets of high weight are used in the apartments to increase comfort. The carpets are custom woven in Turkey near the Euphrates River based on our graphic design. They are supposed to evoke a sandy beach. For practical reasons, silver travertine tiles, which also come from the Pamukkale area of Turkey, are laid in front of the kitchen counters.

LUXURY BED

For your comfortable sleep, we have chosen very robust and firm beds for all apartments. The box spring bed is a heavy-duty one with one of the highest quality mattresses available on the market.

FURNITURE AND TEXTILES

The designer furniture in the apartment is made in Europe. When choosing, we paid particular attention to quality durable materials and aesthetics. For example, the side table is made of precious wood of the Paulownia tree, the chair by the mirror is made of bentwood, bed linen and towels are custom-made in a renowned company in Turkey. The curtains are fully blackout for better sleep quality.

KITCHEN CABINETS

he doors and drawers of this luxury line have a frame made of solid ash wood with an inserted veneer ash panel. The internal fittings are German. The hood was made in the Czech Republic.

TILES AND PAVING

As the saying goes, “stone is eternal”, and in our opinion eternally modern even at the cost of a higher price. Turkish Silver Grey marble in various finishes is used on the tiles.

FAUCETS

The washbasin faucet is recessed and minimalist, made by the renowned Italian brand Paffoni. The shower one with all accessories is made in Germany. The shower soap holder is made of stainless-steel.

SANITARY OBJECTS

The super-flat enamelled steel shower tray belongs to the top products of the German brand Kaldewei. Of all the materials available, enamel has the longest life. The toilet hanging bowl is so-called rimless, which means without a flushing circuit. Thanks to this, it is still hygienically clean. The toilet button is a stainless-steel anti-vandal. The washbasin is just a design icing on the cake.

EQUIPMENT

The accessories include a magnifying mirror, a stainless-steel waste bin, a stainless-steel toilet brush, a stainless-steel toilet paper holder, a special hairdryer with lighting, and a heated mirror, which reduces fogging.

VENTILATION

Integrated ventilation in the bathroom is a matter of course.
