One bedroom apartment (2+kitchenette)

At the entrance on the left there is a separate bedroom space. Further in the hallway on the right there is an entrance to the bathroom and toilet. The hallway takes us to the kitchen and a dining area and to the terrace. This apartment is designed for two adults and two children, for whom there is an extra bed in the dining area.

The premises are fully equipped with luxury furniture, sanitary ware and European quality technologies with an emphasis on feng shui combined with a modern world design. The apartment has a terrace and the use of a private enclosed garden.

The private garden area in front of the apartments is not a subject for sale. The client gets it as a free bonus with the ground-floor apartment.
